Connect Equipment Together Using the Rack Elevation

1. From the Connections section of the ISP Tab click the Inside Elevation command:

   

2. The Inside Connect InsideElv dialog box opens.

   

3. Enter a Cable ID, Length and Color.
4. From the rack elevation, select the first port and the second port to connect.
5. The Rack, Equipment and Slot/Port displays in the dialog box for the port selected.

   

6. Select the second port on the rack elevation.
7. The connection is created and the application is now ready to create another jumper. Choose another function to exit the connection process.
